Our EKRA Precision Screen Printer combines superior repeatability performance and a high utilization ratio to achieve maximum end-product reliability.  With our high speed Pick and Place FUJI machines, Surface mount technology accuracy to 12 mil (0.3mm) lead spacing and chip sizes down to 0402 as well as Ball Gate Array (BGA) capability can be accommodated.  Our skilled workers, with the use of modern wave solder machines, provide through-hole and mixed technology chip placement.  Both the Fuji High Speed Chip Shooter and the Flexible Chip Placer insure product quality and cut production time by equipping each XY-gantry robot with two CCD cameras so parts inspection occurs automatically and in-line with the production process.  The VITRONICS Reflow Oven is a thermal processing system that has proven its lead-free capability worldwide and established a reputation for superior reliability.

 

Quality of workmanship is one of HDTV’s trademarks. All personnel working on customer products are fully trained and certified according to the standard IPC-A-610 requirements to ensure superior workmanship.  The special Electro Static Discharge (ESD) control flooring is in compliance with ANSI-A184.1 per FAA Standard 019d and the latest recommendations of EOS ESD, ANSI S 20.20 ESD requirements.  The entire process is controlled and constantly monitored and measured by our quality engineers and is in compliance with ISO9001-2000   standards. The quality of workmanship produced by our well-trained personnel and internal processes are guaranteed.
