HDTV's manufacturing equipment is fully automated and computerized creating savings in time and money that we can pass along to our customers.

• EKRA ™ X2 - Screen Printer: Configurable from semiautomatic to inline automatic operation with repeatability performance of ± 12, 5 µm @ 6 Sigma providing quick setup and reduced cost for repeat customers.
• FUJI - High Speed Chip Shooter: The highly successful and well tested Fuji CP platform provides high-speed chip placement of parts as small as 0402.
• FUJI - Flexible Chip Placer: Capable of supporting a large range of component sizes from small 0402 chips to 56 x 56 mm Quad Flat Packet (QFP) and flip chips. Fuji equips each XY-gantry robot with two CCD cameras so parts inspection occurs automatically and in-line with the production process.
• VITRONICS - Reflow Oven: This thermal processing system has proven its lead-free capability worldwide and established a reputation for superior reliability.
• NU/ERA - Wave Solder: This machine allows wave soldering process control with precision accuracy. With its low dross production it repeatedly solders even the most difficult boards with the highest success rate in the industry.
• Aqueous Washer: Cleanup and final prep before packaging and delivery.
